YAS 119 2023_24 (STW) MIH and Strategy Development

Description

The Trust's corporate strategy is due to be reviewed and a new strategy delivered during 2023. There is a limited scope of work required to research and prepare a new strategy, requiring internal and external engagement. There is limited internal capacity to carry out this work within the planned timescale, due to limited resources and the Trust's new Operating Model, which is proposed to include the recruitment of a new Director of Strategy. External support is required from the supplier for a limited piece of work, to develop the strategy, based on their experience and expertise in this field of work and specifically in both the NHS and ambulance sector. Preliminary work has already been undertaken in conjuction with MIH.
