Colchester Borough Homes, acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Contractor (the "Supplier") to redevelop the site at Veronica Walk to demolish existing garages and construct 3 no. new housing and associated external works and to redevelop the site at Prospero Close to demolish existing garages and construct 4No. New flats and associated external works.
