## Description

Delivery of a high quality Shared Lives Service to vulnerable adults from the age of 16 across the County of Essex\. The Service shall provide support and/or accommodation to move in with or regularly visit an approved carer who provides either long term accommodation with care and/or support in the home, a short term placement to support move-on to independence, short breaks/respite with or without care, or day opportunities\.
