Internal communications audit

Internal communications audit of NHSPS' existing communications and channels in order to make a series of recommendations for improvements. This will: • Measure effectiveness of current communication channels • Assess audience understanding of leadership goals and strategy • Understand what audiences want from internal channels and content in the future • Benchmark against and recommend actions to achieve best practice
