## Description

Salford City Council is to bring planning and building control services, property, and highways and infrastructure back in-house once the current contract with Urban Vision ends in January 2020\. The council is looking for suitably qualified contractors to apply for it Minor Civils Frameworks\. The term of the Framework Agreement will be for up to 18 months\. Lot 1 - Single Award for works up to £150,000 2\. Lot 2 - Mini Competition for works over £150,000 and up to £500,000\.
