The purpose of this brief is to seek a contractor to create and establish 30 hectares of native woodland, comprising 10 hectares of high-density oak/hazel woodland, 8 hectares of low-density upland native oak/birch woodland and 12 hectares of natural colonisation to achieve an upland birch woodland\.
