Crown Commercial Service ("CCS"), acting on behalf of Leicester City Council (the "Authority"), conducted a further competition under the CCS Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services 3 - RM6306, Lot 3 framework agreement.

The procurement covered the provision of water distribution services and other ancillary services as part of the one stop shop offering.
