Work description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority, working in partnership with the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership, wishes to procure expert support to help further our understanding of how the relocation of the Channel 4 (C4) HQ into Leeds City Region (LCR) and their wider commitment to spend more outside of London has impacted key measures of growth in the economy, across specified geographies of interest.
