AC1390 Care and Support Services at Furlong Close, Wiltshire

The Council is seeking to find a provider for care and support services at Furlong Close, Devizes, Wiltshire. Those services shall include, residential care, supported living and day services. The focus is on individuals being supported in their own home wherever possible when they continue to require an ongoing support service. Goals and outcomes will still be identified for these individuals and providers should work in a way that will enable the person to achieve them in a timely way. The procurement is subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the requirements cover services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).
