GB-London: LGA Economic Growth Advisers programme Business Environment Study for North East Lincolnshire

The purchaser is seeking a provider to undertake research and produce a report on the business environment in North East Lincolnshire which assesses the strategic needs of the borough to implement interventions for growth and investment. This should investigate how the working environment of businesses has changed since Covid-19, assess the town centre voids and potential need for repurposing existing property, and develop an understanding of the need for more industrial space.
