The purchaser is seeking a provider to undertake research and produce a report on the business environment in North East Lincolnshire which assesses the strategic needs of the borough to implement interventions for growth and investment\. This should investigate how the working environment of businesses has changed since Covid-19, assess the town centre voids and potential need for repurposing existing property, and develop an understanding of the need for more industrial space\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
