The Council is seeking an agent to help appoint a residential developer to take forward the Firepool scheme concentrating initially on Blocks 1 and 2\. The Council is also seeking an agent to help find commercial occupiers from the lesser spotted office tenant, cinema and gym if possible plus any-other potential leisure operator
