Quotation request for consultancy support for the ETF to develop an organisational Theory of Change

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has awarded a contract for the provision of services: to develop a theory of change involving a diverse range of stakeholders. The successful supplier had demonstrable experience of managing and taking account of complexity, both in terms of working with complex organisations and/or representing the complex environments and systems that organisations work in. Experience of system change approaches and highly effective project management skills was advantageous.
