## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council, o behalf of the Midlands Engine, wishes to appoint a provider to develop a strategic and economic case to establish a Development Corporation Board\. This Board will oversee and proactively develop growth opportunities of the Midlands bought about the HS2 Development at Toton\.
