## Description

The proposed works at Victoria Park consist of the part extension and part refurbishment of the existing Nursery Building to provide a new Hub facility for Ashford Borough Council\. The project shall not only refurbish the existing Nursey building and public WC facilities, but also provide a new Cafe/Community space which shall act as a new "Hub Area" for the park and local residents\. Externally, alongside a wider park development scheme, car parking facilities shall be updated and re-lit, and a new grounds keeper facilities/storage container shall be provided\.
