Adjusting height of utility covers for phases then return to existing. Renewal of bridge joints and reinstatement of waterproofing system and surfacing. Removal of lead paint soffit beams and repainting. Pointing and renewal of any brick/blocks. Renewal of polysulphide expansion joints.
