NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 August 2021 for the following reason: Amendment of contract value\(Braintree District Council \(BDC\) are looking for a contractor to provide routine servicing, as well as a breakdown and repairs service to three \(3\) passenger lifts at George Yard Multi Storey Car Park, Braintree\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
