## Description

Complete refurbishment of previously stripped out music studio spaces in JG252, 213 and 215 to create new IT labs for the School of Built Environment\. Works to include minor repairs and builders works to create 4 new labs, each lab to have new floors, ceilings and rooms finishes with alterations to mechanical and electrical systems to suit the new uses\.
