PROVISION OF CLEANING, M/E and ASSOCIATED SERVICES. under the YPO BUILDING IN USE SUPPORT SVS DPS Lot 9

The Council required a comprehensive cleaning service delivered in a safe and efficient manner. The Contractor was to take responsibility for maintaining all internal cleanable areas including fixtures, fittings, furniture and finishes, to minimise degradation, enhance asset life cycle and ensure the Customer's high standards and image are maintained. The Council also required a professionally managed, high quality M and E maintenance service for its 'campus' buildings which, through a regular and organised scheme will ensure the maintenance and operation of all items of plant and equipment within the premises in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
