Residential Services for Children and Young People

Description

This procurement is for residential social care services which are considered Light Touch Regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations ("Regulations"). The framework will deliver Residential Service provision which meet the needs of young people with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The Service will deliver long-term, sustainable outcomes, at the best price, working in partnership with a range of agencies. The Service will: •be outcome-focussed and deliver improved outcomes for young people 1.1.2) 1.1.3) 1.1.4)2 / 4 •ensure that the young person's voice is at the centre of the Service; •provide homes which are as close as possible to 'a normal home on a normal street'; •located in Coventry or within 12 miles of the City Centre to maintain educational provision, access to local health Services and links with family and friends
