Templeman Library D & E Block Roof and Plant Replacement

The objective of this tender is to undertake alterations to the roof of Templeman Library located at the Universities Canterbury Campus. These alterations will be to remove the existing services and roof coverings and replace in its entirety, and replace the older plant. These works will prevent further ingress of water and damages currently occurring within the building. The plant replacement will have an environmental and sustainably impact on the current usages on the building.
