The Customer requires the Supplier to provide a flexible pool of resources that will have the capability to cover a number of skill sets to assist in the controls functions: Project & Programme Planning, Construction Planning, Earned Value Management, Programme and Contract Change Management, Progress & Performance Measurement, Work Authorisation Processes, Controls Data Analysis and Controls Systems Configuration and Development\.
