## Description

P1955 Ashford Borough Council are seeking a consultant to undertake full condition surveys of their current building stock\. The information obtained is intended to enable the Council to set out a planned maintenance regime over the coming years\. The condition surveys will set out all existing building fabric, services and the like to provide a full asset list and enable a better understanding of likely planned maintenance\.
