## Description

The works consist of refurbishment of expansion joint to two bridges on Colwick Loop Road in Nottingham, this will require the tenderer to undertake the following; Arrange Highways Permit and provide single lane closure with two-way traffic signal control \(possibly outside normal working hours\)\. Inspect joint rails, replace elastomeric insert, take up and reinstate verge/kerb joint cover plates\. Saw-cut carriageway surfacing adjacent to joint rails, excavate bituminous material to a depth of 40mm \(nominally 1m in width\) and re-surface with 'Crack Resistant' asphalt\. Works to be completed by 31/03/2022
