## Description

There is a requirement to fill three posts for two Non-Executive Directors and one Non-Executive Member by 31 July 2016 with the appointment of successful candidates to ensure a sufficient handover period between them and the current post holders\. We are seeking agencies to manage this process and source suitable candidates\.
