Provision of a reactive and programmed repair and maintenance service to corporate properties October 2019 to October 2024

Ashford Borough Council is seeking a high quality contractor to provide a first class Building Maintenance service for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of the Employer's corporate properties to ensure they are maintained to the standard specified in the Contract at the best possible value taking into account both quality and cost.
