## Description

Responding to Demand and Impact of implementing Social Care Reform was conducted as a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Service Ref: RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework Three \(MCF3\), Lot 7 Health, Social Care and Community \. Phase 1 to 3 of the project is expected to last between 10-14 weeks, followed by an optional additional programme of work \(phase 4\) anticipated to last between 12-24 months \(to be determined by the initial diagnostic period\)\.
