PSF 4 - Lots 1b,3b & 4b - Earnse Bay Outdoor Centre and Natural England Environmental Education Centre

Cumbria County Council are currently obtaining planning permission for a new construction project at Earnse Bay, Walney Island which involved the construction of two new buildings, repurposing the existing changing rooms building, landscaping and civils works. The design and build commission for this project will procured as a NEC3 contract, the services provided by this commission will be required to interface with the contractors and undertake the roles of NEC3 Supervisor and NEC3 Project Manager.\r \r The County Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide an NEC3 Supervisor and NEC3 Project Manager service for the project as defined within the NEC3 contract.
