External Independent Review of GMC Escalated Customer Complaints

The GMC is inviting quotes for an independent review and advice service. This service would have the responsibility of reviewing the effectiveness of our complaints handling in certain customer complaints which have been handled in accordance with our internal complaints policy and where the complainant remains dissatisfied with our responses. The complaints to be reviewed will be identified by the GMC with reference to certain set criteria. This will not be an automatic right for complainants.
