SEND Educational Provision and Residential Care for Children and Young People

Thurrock Council is looking to explore the market prior to tendering a framework contract for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Educational Provision and Residential Care for Children and Young People from Thurrock.

The Council is committed to providing the best quality education and support for all children and young people to ensure that they achieve the best possible outcomes. Having the right educational placement, with residential provision for children and young people who have special educational needs, is key to achieving their potential and to develop the range of skills and experiences they need to equip themselves for adulthood and aspire towards independent living.

We are seeking expressions of interest in providing these services, to help inform our commissioning approach.
