## Description

This Tender is for a supplier to undertake remediation and landscaping development work including hard and soft surface landscaping, the installation of associated street furniture and landscape features at Kerrier Way , Camborne\. Key elements of the landscape works include: • Groundworks \(cut and fill\) to produce a grassed amphitheatre in the east greenspace and informal terracing in the west\. • Remediation works through capping the site with clean imported material\. • Creation of paths and paved seating areas\. • Creation of Cornish hedges alongside Kerrier Way and Perryway\. • Installation of landscape furniture and features, including benches, seating walls and bespoke gateway art/features\. • Soft landscaping including seeding, amenity planting, boundary planting and tree planting\. • Establishment maintenance for 1 year Additional information: Clarifications will be published against the Contract Notice on Contracts Finder\.
