## Description

The contract will fund the services of a Higher Education Institution \(HEI\) as a key partner in the development of this programme\. The main role of the HEI will be to facilitate the Action Learning Sets\. For the purposes of the international audience the ALSs will be referred to as 'Health System Strengthening Workshops'\. These sets will be delivered online to teams of 5-8 current or future leaders from 8 low- and middle-income countries to co-develop solutions to identified health systems strengthening \(HSS\) issues\.
