North Somerset Council requested bids from WECA Professional Services Framework suppliers, for a consultant to deliver the following advanced works for the Banwell Bypass:

1. Advanced flood survey and modelling 2. Junction 21 data collection and modelling and bypass transport assessment scoping and traffic modelling 3. Advanced geotechnical works 4. Topographical survey 5. EIA screening and scoping and HRA screening report 6. Ecological survey
