## Description

The site associated with this project is the Training & Development Centre and is located at Beaver Hill Road, Sheffield, S13 9QA\. The Training & Development Centre \(TDC\) is an operational training centre which develops current and aspiring fire fighters to reach their full potential\. The facility is used widely by colleagues across South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue for meetings and training\. In addition to internal staff, the centre is often used by partner agencies such as Yorkshire Ambulance Service, NHS, South Yorkshire Police as well as external parties such as volunteer groups\.
