Painting & Decorating Service Support

The requirement of the council and BTS for this tender specifically is as follows (But not limited to): - The council are tendering for painting and decorating support due to lack of trade capacity in house for the volumes of works that are presented to BTS. - Decorating work is important to the council as its properties need to be well maintained to reduce future costs. These properties also need to be nice places for tenants to live in, and so they need to be well presented. - It is the council's expectation that the winning provider(s) of these works would employ professional decorators who qualified to at least City and Guilds Level 2, or apprentices working towards this level of qualification. - The council would expect all winning providers to comply with the Health and Safety at work act 1974, Asbestos regulations 2012 and the councils Code of conduct.
