PSF 3 Lot 1A - TA for Alternative Provision at Combe House & Elizabeth Welsh House

CCC is seeking to appoint a technical advisor and project manager (hereafter referred to as 'the consultant') to support delivery of the following developments: • Demolition and new build, or conversion, of a former Care Home at Combe House in Barrow through a design and build contract carried out by others. • Conversion of a former Care home at Elizabeth Welsh House in Carlisle through a design and build contract carried out by others.
