CCC is seeking to appoint a technical advisor and project manager \(hereafter referred to as 'the consultant'\) to support delivery of the following developments: • Demolition and new build, or conversion, of a former Care Home at Combe House in Barrow through a design and build contract carried out by others\. • Conversion of a former Care home at Elizabeth Welsh House in Carlisle through a design and build contract carried out by others\.
