Cornwall Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably Principal Contractor to undertake the construction of a new meeting room; and carry out internal remodelling and general refurbishment of the existing facilities in the administration and heads offices area within the single storey flat roof building at Cubert Community Primary School, Chynowen Ln, Cubert, Newquay, Cornwall, TR8 5HE.
