## Description

The West Midlands Combined Authority has secured LAD3 funding from BEIS to improve the energy efficiency of a minimum of 300 owner-occupied homes by the end of March 2023 and has appointed a Retrofit Services Contractor to ensure that the work to the homes is undertaken in compliance with the PAS2035 standard, as well as delivering high quality installations and outcomes for customers\.
