Work description
Manchester City Council, subject to grant funding being made available from the Department for Transport (DfT), wishes to deliver in accordance with Cycle Training Standards Board (CTSB), Bikeability Standard Levels 2 and 3 ("the Bikeability Standard"), to children across Manchester for the period of this current parliament.
