## Description

National Audit Office \(NAO\) awarded a contract to the selected supplier Smartway2 Limited through the use of Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.12\) who provide a Cloud-based resource management tool for booking meeting rooms\. The contract duration was for an initial contract period of 2 years from Sunday 1st August 2021 to Monday 31st July 2023\. The contract has now been extended for a further 12 months from Tuesday 1st August 2023 until Wednesday 31st July 2024\.
