Work description
The objective of the StARR Project is to transform an economically deprived area of Cornwall, blighted with regular flooding, into a resilient and vibrant community. A programme of capital interventions will be undertaken within the Par and St Blazey Catchment Area to reduce flood risk and provide the catalyst for future economic growth.
