Provision of Architectural Services - Redevelopment of Troutbeck Crescent

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a consultant to provide architectural services (RIBA Stage 2 and 3) in relation to new residential development at Troutbeck Crescent, Blackpool. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from October 2018 to February 2019.
