ED0352-25 Corporate Electrical Maintenance 2025-2028

Description

The Contract is to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to the electrical installations including EICR's and emergency lighting testing at the premises listed in Schedules 1, 2, 3, and 4. The maintenance and inspection work required is specified in this Scope of Works. For sake of clarity, the repair and maintenance of fire detection systems, HVAC, BMS, intruder alarms, and lightning protection systems, shall remain outside the scope of this Contract
