Masterplan & Feasibility Study for the Regeneration of Scarborough South Area

Description

Scarborough Borough Council is the principle authority leading the strategic regeneration of the Scarborough South Strategic Growth area. Primarily this falls within both its Forward Planning and Regeneration functions. The Council are seeking to procure master planning consultants to undertake a comprehensive masterplan and accompanying fully costed feasibility and implementation plan to assist delivery of the regeneration of the Scarborough South Strategic Growth area. The resulting masterplan will be in accordance with the objectives of the Council's Strategic Business Plan, Local Plan and pre-existing strategies and action plans pertaining to the Eastfield and wider Scarborough South area.
