The work was awarded to George Cox and Sons Ltd, via the Stockport Framework - 5090 Framework Agreement for Highways Related Schemes - Lot 7 - Civils

Given the total estimated value for Works, relatively low complexity of the scheme and time constraints outlined by Rochdale BC; calling-off by direct award from a pre-established Framework was the best procurement route for this project.
