Demolition and Associated Works to Facilitate the Business Incubator Hub

Description

This contract comprises asbestos removal, demolition of designated buildings, feature and raised surfacing, along with removal of all site hoarding and the provision of new weldmesh fencing and gates. Please see tender documents for a more detailed scope of works. Before undertaking work on your bid please refer to the essential requirements of this contract. Bidders should be accredited members of the London and Southern National Federation of Demolition Contractors or an equivalent organisation and be licensed to work with asbestos. Please also refer to the economic evaluation criteria. Please note that in order to be awarded this contract, bidders must have a turnover equal to or in excess of £1.5M.
