The project comprises the design and construction of a new Nursery facility at Lordship Lane Primary School, Ellenbrorough Road, London N22\. In summary the works involve the following: ? Demolition of an existing canopy structure and removal of an old portacabin \(to be carried out by another contractor employed by LBH\) ? Disconnect existing services \(to be carried out by another contractor employed by LBH\) ? Ground works ? Provide service connections to the new Nursery Building ? Design and Construction of a single storey Nursery Building and Canopy ? Alterations to the boundary railings and walls to accommodate the new Nursery, ? Landscaping works to make good the play areas affected by the building and to suit the new facility ? All associated temporary works and hoarding off of the existing school and Nursery The approximate total gross internal floor area is 240 sqm\.
