Civic Centre Art Gallery - West Wing Refurbishment (Main Works)

Replacing the main roof covering, mechanical plant, andglazing above the West Wing of Southampton CityCouncil's Civic Centre Art Gallery (together with allassociated works).

Additional information: Undertaken as a mini-competition, commencing with the seeking of Expressions of Interest from all those contractors appointed to Hampshire County Council's Intermediate Construction Framework for works between £1M & £4M (OJEU Contract Notice: 2018/S 228-520768 & OJEU Contract Award Notice: 2019/S 144-353815 applies). This contract follows an initial appointment for pre-construction activities, under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA).
