## Description

The project is concerned with the construction of a new two storey classroom block containing eight class rooms and associated accommodation as well as soft and hard play areas, a drop-off zone and staff car park\. The forecast construction value of the project is approximately £2\.0m and the required construction completion date is early August 2017 such that the new accommodation is ready for use by the school following a period of school commissioning for the start of the 2017 Academic Year\. Additional information: Interested suppliers are required to visit www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk and express interest in this contract opportunity\. Following this PIN and the receipt of Expressions of Interest, it is currently the intention of the Council to follow the Restricted Procedure route under the Public Contract Regulations \(aka OJEU\) 2015 for the appointment of the Design and Build Contractor\.
